• All orders are shipped within 2-4 business days by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

• We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

RETURN POLICY

​

Arrangements may be returned within 21 business days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit, less the cost of shipping. If you received an incorrect order or the item is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@artsfloraldesign.com. Returns must be packed in the original box with the original packaging materials as damaged returns will not be honored. Please contact us if you plan to return a purchase to obtain a return authorization code. All returns must be shipped insured to the following address:

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

 

Silk flowers and greens are meant to last several years. To keep your design looking fresh, gently dust about once a month. Colors will remain brighter if arrangements are not placed in full sun. Our arrangements are not suitable for outdoors, unless noted in the product details.

We do not offer custom designs at this time.
